By Plane - From Le Vieux Moulin de Gassard Toulouse is 50 minutes away, fly from Gatwick and Birmingham. Rodez is 90 minutes and Carcassonne is 1.75 hours, fly from Stansted.

By Car - Take exit 9 off the A68 motorway in the direction of Gaillac, from Gaillac take D922 to Cordes sur Ciel, after 10Km in Cahuzac sur Vere, take left turn onto the D1 to Vieux. Exit Vieux in the direction of Le Verdier, after 200 metres at the sign for the Menhir the mill is on the left.
